Liberate intimacy
Connection. Desire. Presence. Wholeness.
Embodied coaching for individuals, couples, and leaders ready to move through the obstacles that keep them from the intimacy and connection they want.
How do we find our way back to ourselves — and towards each other?
The work of self-discovery is cartography. You are mapping a landscape that has always existed, but that you were never given permission to explore.
In our work together, we slow down enough to hear what has been trying to reach you. Your body has been speaking. We learn, together, to listen.
You are not broken. You are unexplored.

The body is the guide
The wisdom underneath the wound. The desire underneath the defense.
We have been taught to relate to our bodies as problems: too loud, too soft, too much, not enough. We were handed scripts for how desire should look, how pleasure should sound, and how connection should feel.
The body holds every moment we contracted to stay safe, every desire we swallowed to stay loved, and every boundary we did not yet have language to name.
And the body also holds the way back.
Self-knowledge is not a destination. It is a daily practice of arriving.
From body to liberation
This is where liberation begins. Not out there. In here.
When you practice knowing yourself — your desires, your boundaries, your capacity for pleasure — you are doing the work to heal. You are writing a pattern that helps shape your relationships, your body, and your life.
Liberation begins with the small, radical act of choosing to feel what you actually feel instead of what you were told to feel. Learning to inhabit your body authentically is not indulgent. It is radical. It is political. It is necessary. To know yourself — truly, in your body, not just in your mind — is to refuse the diminishment that society has required of you.
In their words
“There is something truly special about the way Jeanie creates inclusive and welcoming spaces, holding complexity while allowing people to feel at ease and genuinely heard. She brings a deep trust in people and the wisdom that can emerge when we make space for different perspectives.”
“The container she created allowed me to find a place within myself I didn’t know was there. I arrived unsure what I desired. In the end, I found it.”
“She notices what’s happening, asks really good questions, and knows when to slow down, when to give you space, and when to gently push a little.”
