Learn the skills intimacy asks of us
Relationships do not struggle because people stop caring. They struggle because honest communication, embodied presence, navigating desire across difference, and repairing after rupture are skills almost none of us were taught.
- You and your partner have drifted — from each other, from desire, or from the ease you once had.
- You want to deepen your sexual and emotional connection but do not know how to begin the conversation.
- You are exploring non-monogamy, kink, or alternative relationship structures.
- You have been through something that broke trust and want support rebuilding it with care.
The Somatica® Method
Experiential, embodied, and present
Most intimacy coaching lives in the head. We talk about what is wrong, analyze the patterns, and leave with insights we struggle to apply. This work is different because we practice in real time.
Desire, communication, boundaries, pleasure, and emotional presence are not merely topics for discussion. They are skills, and skills develop through practice. Healing happens not through understanding alone, but through felt experience.
What sessions look like
Clear boundaries. Real practice.
Sessions are built on explicit, mutual, and ongoing consent. Light physical contact may be included where it supports skill-building. Clothes stay on. Sexual arousal is not the goal, though desire and pleasure are explored openly, with joy and without shame.
This is not therapy. Therapy can help you understand why. This work helps you change how. You come here to practice new ways of connecting, communicating, receiving, and experiencing your own aliveness.
Sessions are available in person and virtually.
There is no single right way to love, to desire, or to be in relationship. You do not need to justify your desires here.
In their words
“Her coaching style goes past superficial pleasure, and into fulfillment and understanding of what I want from intimacy.”
“My nervous system feels so safe and grounded in her presence. She creates a non-judgmental container where you can show up exactly as you are, dismantle shame, and reconnect with your body with compassion.”
“The container she created allowed me to find a place within myself I didn’t know was there. I arrived unsure what I desired. In the end, I found it.”
